feat: give helpful instructions when no default repo is set #445

Background

I just think this would be more helpful. But I haven't actually tested it, so it'd be great if a reviewer who has Slax set up locally could pull it down and test to make sure I didn't do something dumb with the string formatting 😸

@grossvogel looks like there's an extra "#". I can fix and push up

Thanks @bford002 ! I guess the issue_number variable includes a # already, which I never would have guessed 😆
