feat: development build switch #32

Allows the user to be able to switch between development and stable builds easily.

New interfaces/APIs aren't exposed to plugin developers, but that will probably change after #29 is completed.

Need to test on iOS, fix reload popup not appearing after toggling once & fix Xposed module clearing loader config because schema doesn't match. We can probably store the old config elsewhere.

All things seem to work now, just need to test on iOS.
