Support multiple Shared recording directories #2

In order to be completely compatible with existing NextPVR installation the webconsole MUST support more than one default/shared recording directory.

For example, if I had an existing install with the following directories

Default Movies TV Shows

they would all need to be handled once the webconsole was installed and become

Default [Shared] Movies [Shared] TV Shows [Shared]

managing these directories should be done on the "Configuration" page, and only if the user has administrative rights.

a user can however manage their own recording directories.
