What

Adds all the currently supported shipping providers to the magento -> reverb mapping

Why

Users can't attach shipping for anything outside the small supported list

We should consider making this pass through if we don't "support" the given provider, which should future proof this list a bit more.

Sorry didn't see this until now. There is a v1 API for shipping providers we might want to use here instead: https://reverb.com/api/shipping/providers
