"Download and Create New Orders" button redirection fix

The following scenario is occurring:

• Admin user visits the "Order Creation and Shipment Tracking" page
• Admin clicks the "Download and Create New Orders" or "Create Downloaded Orders" button
• After the request is processed the admin is redirected to the "Order Update" page

In this event, the user should be redirected to the "Download and Create New Orders" page, not the "Order Update" page
