By MOOSE-like, I really mean the simplifications one can make under certain assumptions. Currently, the NEML2 models are fully general, i.e. work for any type of stress measure, flow rule, etc. If we make the same assumptions as what are made in the MOOSE tensor_mechanics module, the computational cost should be greatly reduced.
