Option docstring does not render latex correctly #146

The following doesn't render

options.set("foo").doc() = "some random doc \\f$ a \\f$";

There will be an error like "wrong formula id -1" blah blah, and the generated html page simply puts a placeholder formula ID instead of actually rendering the formula.
