I have password protection for my contacts' history.

Can you make the password dialog to clear the filed with the password, when
the password is wrong?

why do you need it?
incorrect password isn't cleared by default system-wide

You could use dbeditor to drop your password.

Ok maybe not to clear the field automatically, but to select the text so when a 
new typing begin it will clear the old one. Because now if the user type the 
wrong password or he is using different keyboard layout the user must select 
the old text with the mouse and after that to start to type again.
