Lags on opening dialog with ICQ8 users #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just open message dialog with any ICQ8 user. (fingerprint detects them in 
wrong way)
2. Miranda hangs for a while.
3. Miranda works as usual.

Miranda IM Version: 0.10.12.0 Unicode [running inside WOW64]
using tabsrmm.dll v.3.1.99.8 and historypp.dll 1.5.1.4
OS: Win7 x64

I suspected icq protocol or TabSRMM but disabling plugins one by one showed 
that diasabled historypp.dll enough to remove that lag.
