edctf: allow admin to easily access every user/team

Currently, there is a route at /admin/teams for this.

Functionality:

• Searchable/sortable user/team listing
  • May not want to load every user client-side for big CTFs
  • Possible columns:
  • id
  • team name
  • ctf name
  • ctf user or global user
  • banned status
• Specific team information, such as recent IP, flag submitted, last logged in, etc.
  • Perhaps via modal
• More general team information, such as what CTF, id, username, teamname, etc.
• Access to more advanced options for teams
  • Via modal, should be accessible via the scoreboard modal (admin)
• Anything else useful that comes to mind...

Possibly move this to the next release.
