edctf: merge dev v2.0.0-beta to master

We should merge dev v2.0.0-beta into master soon as there have been a lot of changes made. Perhaps we can finalize this within several weeks.

Some things to do/consider:

• set environment to production
  • DEBUG=False in settings.py
• Finish un-touched clientside routes or temporarily comment out
  • /admin/teams for example
• Finish any major issues
• Confirm everything runs for a production level environment
  • unit tests will be added for this later
