Crash on Mavericks 10.9

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Clicking on the Switch to Night button will cause a crash leaving screen 
inverted.  Reloading Nocturne, then turn off invert will also cause crash, but 
will return screen to normal.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MacBook Pro Retina 15" Late 2013, with both Retina and 27" Cinema Display
