The image source is missing first part of the URL for videos screenshots. #177

The linking codes are invalid. This is an issue with the follow. Video only:

Hotlink for web
Thumbnail for web
Hotlink for forum 1 & 2
Thumbnail for forum 1 & 2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Upload video
2.Copy linking code

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The image source is missing first part of the URL.

img34/3182/video22087xx.mp4

should be 

http://img34.imageshack.us/img34/3182/video22087xx.mp4.frm.jpg
