remaining time does not change #188

I was uploading bunch of files (with rescaling) and it shown me estimate 13 min 
to upload.
While files were uploaded this number did not change at it was showing 
remanning time 13 minutes 
all the time.

Changed a way that is used to calculate approximate time interval for uploading 
selected media files.
