Lithuanian translation file #191

Hello,
I have translated imageshack 2.1 to Lithuanian language. Now I see 2.2
version with new translation strings.

Could You help me to add new lines to the translation file?

Rimas Kudelis helps me to add new lines to the translation file.
Please use this new version of translation to the lithuanian.

@krokodil: whom was your request directed at? 

A few notes:
1) currently attached translations (lt.ts and lt.qm) are against 2.2. I helped 
Rytis
to produce them by merging missing strings from the russian translation found on
Mercurial. *There definately should be an easier way to update translations.*
2) http://reg.imageshack.us/content.php?page=uploader suggests sending new
translation to the ImageShack Localization Team, but the email Rytis sent was 
bounced
back.
3) it's not directly relevant, but your download page here (
http://code.google.com/p/imageshack-uploader/downloads/list ) only lists 2.1
downloads, while 2.2 are already available.

Lithuanian localization added to ImageShack Uploader v2.3 since this version is 
in development at the moment.
Please verify a fix for this issue.

Do you really need to add country codes to all language files? That just makes 
them
less universal, doesn't it?

Would be nice to see info that lithuanian translation exists
here: http://reg.imageshack.us/content.php?page=uploader

Now it looks like there are no any translation to lithuanian language.

When v2.3 will be published?
