French-BE version for V2.2.0

For your best usage, my small contribution : french version corrected, cleaned 
and updated. 
As I'm not willing to hurt the previous french translator, I identified this 
one as "Belgian French" :o) (which is, BTW, true as I'm a French speaking 
Belgian 8-] ))
