Privacy radio button behavior during upload #228

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add image(s) to upload list.
2. select Privacy: Private, select Batch Privacy: Private.
3. click Upload (greyed out Privacy: Private (the top one) switches back to 
Public for the duration of the upload and back to Private after the upload was 
completed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Stay the way it was selected (Private

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v2.2.0, Win7 x64
