curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 403 #83

Hello! I use action-tflint in my pipelines, and often see this error:

Run reviewdog/action-tflint@v1
Run $GITHUB_ACTION_PATH/script.sh
Preparing
  Detected linux running on amd64, will install tools in /tmp/tmp.bIglhL
  Looking up the latest tflint version ...
  curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 403

Could you please help with it? I use self-hosted action runners.

This is reviewdog/action-actionlint, not reviewdog/action-tflint
