Detecting ad blockers during installation #695

In addition to #648, I believe during our team meeting in November 2015, we also spoke about including a feature to detect if a person trying to install Revive Adserver has an ad blocker installed. The reasoning for that being that later on, when the software is installed, many parts of it won't work, or will work only in part, and then it is often a lot of effort to discover that this is due to that ad blocker.

Is this still a thing? I've tested Adblock and Adblock Plus on Chrome and I see no issue with the CSS files...

It might not just the CSS files, their banner previews inside the UI probably won't work, and people also often have issues with view the ads on their own sites, only to find out later that it's not related to the ad server but rather to having an ad blocker installed (however silly it is that people working in the field of advertising would even consider installing an ad blocker).
