Public stream view #18

Goal: a user should be able to create a "public view" page of a stream. It would be a URL that anyone can visit and see a live stream from a camera. Just the stream, nothing else.

Not just of a stream, but of any image or video sequence I would think makes sense. Part of the point of a security system is being able to send the footage, and what better than an authoritative endpoint that returns verifiable information?
