able to select profile, but told credentials can't be read when loading function #11

I'm running the latest build of ST and this plugin. On one machine, works great. on another (both macs), I'm able to select my profile, however when I go to load a function I get a popup error that boto3 can't find the credentials.

issue is with boto3
