Cannot build from source components which specify a nonexistent binary archive

When:

• orchestra is requested to install a component which has a specific binary archive destination repository
• the sources for the component are available
• a binary archive with the required name is not configured

orchestra throws an exception and does not allow to build the component (even if binary archive creation was not requested)
