ASP.NET Core platform support #1

We finally need to finish the ASP.NET Core platform support module. In line with the current ASP.NET support, this should most importantly include:

User context implementation
Permission authorization for controllers
DI integration (Ninject lifetime scopes, etc.)
(Optional) integration with ASP.NET Core Identity (possibly?)
Globalization support
Custom OData response resolvers (possibly, remove from the core project maybe?)
