bug: cannot assign roles as the owner of a server #321

What happened?

Reported in Support channel.

I can't add roles to any member of my server. Error is
{"type":"NotElevated","location":"crates/delta/src/routes/servers/member_edit.rs:110:32"}
I created the server myself.
