Show server description when clicking on server name / joining server. #41

When clicking on server name, show a modal like channel descriptions. When joining a server, show the description in the invite screen.

Shouldn't this be closed now? Seeing as it was added in https://github.com/revoltchat/revite/commit/1664aaee1529edc777ca9a0659125d65b858cd07.
