feat(arm64): Fix workflows and Dockerfile #19

This PR adds support for arm64 machines in the Dockerfile and workflows. The only problem is core dumping in buildx. The build succeeds otherwise. I've built it on a arm64 server successfully.

I'm closing this because it looks like this repo is going to be moved into revoltchat/backend.
