The example page does not run #4

Hello,

I try the example page (Chrome and FF3.6.11 on Win XP). Nothing plays. It even crashes under FF. I tried VLC plugin 1.0.5, 1.1.0 to 1.1.4).

Thank you for your answer: yes, this one does not play. After some uninstall/reinstall of VLC, it does not crash any more (???), but the VLC windows display nothing and seem to not react to any click. Only black square(s). It behaves the same on a Fedora machine + Chrome.

you click the play button near "big bug bunny" for example ? this works here with Chrome/ff/ie vista/xp and VLC 1.1.4

clicking the plus button show you VLC version detected.

plus shows VLC 1.1.4 detected. play only displays "loading" then "paused" and nothing more, even if I click the ">" button

try changing the input text movie url to something working for you ? Maybe a bandwidth/buffer issue ?

The big bug bunny runs fine with VLC standalone player on my machine, the pb is only with the plugin (and VLCcontrols)

if it doesnt work this is a VLC install issue

Both seem OK with my home PC (Win7/64, FF3.6, no proxy)

weird. dont have win7 here to test. tried from another machine on the same network ?
