Work in progress, we still cannot click on the radar planets to warp on them.

@mrjackinc This should be ready to merge, I reverted the changes of StarmapRenderer because of the click issue, unfortunally I cannot really debug it here because I have no access to planets :(

Ugh... sorry about the planet thing, it's k, thanks. We have a server all the time running now, if you get from master it should now give you planets (You have to start the game from 'pregame' scene, and 'log in' (use Rastikko (CaseSensitive!), just created the user in the DB, should work)
