Things such as generating the webchat.manifest file, changing the HOME button and anything else that comes up.

Created a placeholder page with layout for Private Network fix, GIPHY API, and Manifest info

Admin page now up and running. GIPHY integration and PWA isolation (home button config) are now hooked in and working.
