Why are there only 13962 training examples in train_all_tasks.csv? #3

It is stated that the training data consists of 140000 entries (in CodaLab), but train_all_tasks.csv contains only 13962 entries.

How to obtain the full training set?

https://github.com/rewire-online/edos/blob/main/data/edos_labelled_aggregated.csv contains 14000 instances with 'train' value in 'split' column
