Error upon trying to use a docker install: Unhandled Runtime Error, TypeError: o is null.

Please check that this issue hasn't been reported before.

Expected Behavior

Access to the user interface on http://127.0.0.1:3000/.
Current behaviour

The other two error pages are identical.
Steps to reproduce

Attempted with a LocalAI container currently running.
in .env, the only two things I have modified are:
REWORKD_PLATFORM_OPENAI_API_KEY="" REWORKD_PLATFORM_OPENAI_API_BASE="http://localhost:8080/v1"
Upon installing on Windows 10 with setup.bat, the install completes, but is unfortunately not working.
