Add a configuration file to the example. #5

Add a simple conf file and copy it to the container.

Add to the following file: https://github.com/rexagod/base-ubi-nginx/blob/develop/examples/Dockerfile#L3 Location to where it should be copied: https://github.com/rexagod/base-ubi-nginx/blob/develop/Dockerfile#L18-L19
