add fix for subsequent compilations after first #12

Attempt at solving #4 with latest version of the code.

Started from https://github.com/nikola-bozin-org/browser-solidity-compiler/tree/feature/fixing-web-runner as he commented on the issue and fixed a few other issues.

Hopefully this can be incorporated in the main lib 🙂
