PWA window is not brought to foreground #2

If the PWA is behind other windows, it can be hard to find where your Meet went after this Extension transfers it there.

Script should activate the PWA window somehow and bring it to the front. Not sure the right Chrome API for this, because the normal chrome.tabs options don't seem to work for the PWA
