The Banning Process and Rules.

Banning:

1. Gather Evidence a. The accepted forms of evidence of a ban are as follows: 1.Screenshots
   2. Video Evidence b. If no evidence is able to be obtained, witness testimony, from players,
      other staff, or the staff member who did the ban, may be allowed.
2. Banning a. If you feel a warning does not suffice for any breach of rules, than a ban is authorized. b. The command to ban is /ban
   1. A reason may be supplied on the command but is not mandatory c. If you do not know whether to ban or not, notify an administrator.
3. Filling out report. a. The ban form is given out to staff members. To get access to the form message king0fblad3s to get access to the form. b. Be at detailed as possible when filling the form out. Include screenshots in the form.
4. Banning for language. a. Swearing.
   1. A warning is to be issued on the first offence, unless it is a homophobic, racist, sexist, or very severe remark.
   2. If it continues a kick from the server is authorized, followed by a ban if necessary. b. Instant ban offences.
   3. Racist, Sexist, Homophobic, or severe language are to be met with an instant ban without a warning. c. Take screenshots of the offences.
5. Non tolerated structures. a. Any structure that promotes a hateful message (example would be a swastika) are not tolerated and a ban is to be issued without a warning.
6. Teamspeak bans. a. A player who is banned in game, does not have to be banned in teamspeak. b. If the situation warrants a ban from teamspeak and the server, it will be handled by an administrator. c. A three strike policy will be in place for teamspeak. An exception is for racist, homophobic, sexist, or severe language. Offences of this type are to be met with an instant ban without warning.
7. Trolling. a. Trolling is not to be tolerated on the server or teamspeak. A warning is to be issued followed by a kick from teamspeak, or the server. If the trolling continues a ban is authorized.
8. Hack clients. a. Hack clients are not to be tolerated in any form. An instant ban is to be issued without warning.
9. Staff discretion. a. It is up to the staff member to adapt and enforce the rules when they see fit. Use your head when banning and issuing warnings. If you see the need for a ban, then a ban is authorized.
10. Staff related bans. a. Staff are expected and required to follow these rules at all times, including alternate accounts.
11. Griefing. a. In-town griefs, that are reported by an assistant or the mayor, are to be met with a warning, or a ban at the town mayors discretion. If the town mayor is not
    online than a warning is to be issued, but a ban is authorized for major griefs. b. Wilderness griefing, if it is excessive, is to be reverted and a warning is to be issued, or a ban at the staff members discretion.

Is this going to be placed somewhere else or is this the final version and/or place? If so, I'd love to fix the lay-out and clear some minor typos for you. In terms of content, I think you covered everything, good job!

My personal goal is to design it where bans aren't needed with certain exceptions of course. IMO there should be no such thing as a permanent ban. One of my favorite techniques was that no ban is permanent, but duration is not decided until the ban appeal has been filled out (so if someone were to never fill out the appeal, it would essentially be permanent.)
