Cleaned up the admin/mod pex. #128

Removed the inactive players and those who were not supposed to have admin/ mod pex permissions.

For a future note, if someone is not an admin, do not add them to the perms. Also if mods are inactive for an extended period of time, they will be demoted. Mod is not a status symbol it is a job, please treat it as such.

Unfortunantly, I needed that Admin status to have access to world edit to do the builds, lol. Also, mods don't have warp abilities and something else.. its on the tip of my tongue.. I thought about it last night and now I can't remember what it was -.- darnit..

We did have access to those abilities but have recently been taken away from us...... D=

It's ok, I have fewer perms than a standard user. All I can do is /tp and /gamemode.

So don't feel too bad stunt.. I am only the person desigining the entire plugin and I am given rights which border on useless.. =P

I can't even warp to check out builds.. >.>
