[ChamBot] Mail Subsystem Exim MTA outgoing only configuration. #140

http://library.linode.com/email/exim/send-only-mta-ubuntu-10.04-lucid Installation completed effectively with no hickups and test email sent without issue. Issue Created and closed.

Set FallenFates main (first server) name as Hydrogen. Set mailer to only send mail not receive.

using FQDN FallenFates.net
