[ChamBot] Mail Service Via Google Apps Hosting. #141

Setup and verified Google Apps with FallenFates.net and set up a base account defined in my Server Creds file. You may now access the mail services at http://m.fallenfates.net which will redirect you to the appropriate google apps link.

Users are provisioned by admins at that apps setup. Not via user registration.

I will likely just set it up as a forwarder of sorts so that we can pay for 1 user rather than more as its 5$ per month per user, to use this setup but its reliable as heck.

This is not to be mistaken for the previously closed issue I set up #140 which is there to bypass the sendmail volume restriction imposed on google apps. We will be able to handle mass user registrations on launch day with the stuff set up on the linux server in issue #140 whereas google will be there intended for customer service issues and not mailing list things and user registration authentication emails etc.

I still need to provision out the proper email addresses but I think that I can handle everything that we need through one account to keep the load down on our pockets.
