[BUILD] Pillar re-work [Brecar] #77

So I think the current pillar design is slightly clunky. So what I would like is for some more varients to be created.

If we are going to change the pillars my suggestion would be to make them in one of these two styles....

Something more natural (with the dwarfs stamping a bit of their gold into it? to make pretties?)
