Accept directory of .wav files as input source #88

This is an enhancement request. I have a few directories of .wav files sitting
around that I'd like to tag and encode using abcde. It would be nice to be
able to encode the existing wavs rather than rerip the cd. A patch to 2.5.4 is
attached; it extends the -d flag to interpret "-d directory" as the location of
a directory of already-ripped wav files, analogous to the "-d singletrack.flac"
option.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
abcde-2.5.4 on Slackware 13.1

That's quite a big change to make for what I see as an uncommon feature, I'l be
honest. Also: what happens to metadata for tagging and filenames?
