Trying to get back DBManager as opensource #3

From Busmaster 3 the DBManager was close source and distribute as a close source as DLL. The BusMaster v2.6.4 contains Source Code of old DBManager.

The idea here could be replace the DLL from the last 'stable' DBManager. Maybe, this will reduce some functionality or introduce some bugs. However, this is the way that I see to improve this.

As first approach I'm trying to get the source code from ETAS or BI. However, it is really difficult to contact them. I've tried to contact the old maintainers, but they do not have any information or they do not work on this project any more.
