Fix fedora container link (supports F32, 33, & 34) #128

There was an issue with the chrx script grabbing the fedora release from the wrong and outdated link, which I have attempted to fix. I have made it so that the script is compatible with versions 32,33, and 34. (older versions have been moved to an archive)

I'll change the value to x86_64 instead of ${CHRX_OS_ARCH}.
