Add versions with full or beta work in operating systems table at chrx.org #90

To help people understand which versions of OS's are supported by Chrx please add two additional columns for stable and beta releases, something like this but maybe different labels (not sure I'm getting the names right)

✅ Linux Kubuntu     Ubuntu with the KDE desktop environment.
✅ Linux Edubuntu     Full Ubuntu plus application bundles used in educational settings.
✅ Linux Ubuntu     The standard full Ubuntu distro.
✅ Linux Fedora     New 20161121!

@mrjohnc These chart additions would be useful, but I don't actually have this info. :)

I test GalliumOS extensively, so the newest GalliumOS release would always be in the "Stable" column.

I do not test Ubuntu and derivatives regularly. Chrx always installs the newest version (by default), so I could add that to the "Beta" column. Sometimes the docs would lag the installed results, which are updated automatically. That's probably OK.

All of the OS customization efforts for Chromebook are in GalliumOS. Other distros can work on some models (or work with caveats), but they are often missing some bits. If you prefer KDE/Kubuntu, the best approach is often to install GalliumOS and then add the KDE desktop packages.

(Fedora is different in this respect, since it does not use Ubuntu/Debian compatible packages. A collaborator on the project (jedigo) maintains the Fedora code in chrx. Thanks jedigo!)

I'd be happy to include customizations for other distros, to get them into the "stable" column, but I am not able to test and maintain them properly, so I'd need some help.
