Add support for thrown and one-handed ranged weapons for actors with Dual Thrower in the Double Slice macro

What this PR does:

• Check if the actor has Dual Thrower feat when making the weapon list
• If true, include thrown and ranged weapons (the function already checks if they're one handed, so no additional check is required for that)

It does not currently allow the user to select whether they want to make a ranged or melee attack in cases that should logically allow that choice (melee thrown weapons such as daggers).
