couple small fixes to get ofxUI compiling with emscripten #255

hey @rezaali, ive been playing around with OF emscripten today and getting some of my OF apps running in the browser. needed to make a couple small tweaks to ofxUI (master) to make it compile with emscripten which means it can now run in the browser too :)
