Shoutbox improvements #23

Now, if you post a link, you will see the url. The idea is to do as old paiji did : replace the url by [link] and make it clickable.

An other improvement would be to add the possibility of posting into the shoutbox directly in the main page. (not by clicking on the "add" link)

instead of "toutes les annonces" and "liste des dernière notes", just put "archives", it will be more clear, i think
