Setup for aerys

• coreutils is needed to use nproc (use by aerys internal)
• zend.assertions=-1 is a recommended setup in prod config

We can give a try with that, then we will have to add en eventloop lib as recommanded on aerys homepage:

• libevent
• php-uv

ev is the more stable one event if uv is clearly an extension (and use) when it will be marked stable.
