binary name already taken #6

http://gohome.org/nd/ is installed at /usr/bin/nd (and is available as a package at least on debian)

Would you reconsider the "nd" binary name ?

Probably not. I could only find a Debian package, and it looks like the project hasn't been updated in awhile. nd has gained enough steam that I'd much rather not change the name. I appreciate the concern, though.

Such a name conflict happened for "node" - i'm missing english words to describe how painful the situation can be with name conflicts, even with old (but prior) software with same name. Luckily nd isn't going to be the next "node", and if included in debian, will just be renamed.
