Tor support for lainsafecli #10

Is it a good idea to add tor support to lainsafecli using the LWP::Protocol::socks module? The module should be optional, tor will be used if the --tor flag is given, allowing it to connect to hidden services and hide IP to clearnet sites.

This may be good, but wouldn't torify(1) do that?
