option to get the response of the website if error given #11

When a upload fails it says whatever/upload.cgi is not running lainsafe

I think i should add a --get-response option to see if the server is actually not running lainsafe or if it is lainsafecli fault (error connecting to proxy server) or server's fault (running lainsafe but cloudflare blocks tor)
